Temperature In March

      Today we collected all the data for the highest daily temperatures in March and created a line graph in Google Sheets.

Slimey Green Play dough

On Monday it was Saint Patrick’s Day. My class and I made glittery, green play dough. We made it in the afternoon in our classroom.

My teacher split us up into 5 groups. First we mixed the dry ingredients and then the wet. After that we kept mixing it all together to make a dough.

Later that day we had to make an obstacle course. We used polystyrene balls and we used straws to blow the balls around it.

Clowning Around

Over the week for reading we have been doing slides about our journal and I have decided to share this with you. It tells us that the brain can tell the body what to do when it is under stress.

All About Me.

Hello my name Kena and I attend Saint Patrick's school as a Year 7
My Teacher's name is Mrs George. My nationality is Tongan. I live at home with my parents, 4 brothers and 2 sisters, I also  have 1 niece, one nephew and a sister in-law. 

Being a learner is just about learning new things. I am good at reading but sometimes I don’t get the answers right. I also enjoy Writing and  Maths. My challenges are to be better at Math. My goal for this year is to understand what I am reading so I can get all the answers right. I am looking forward to achieving my goals.

My Mum inspires me to keep going if I make a mistake and she teaches me different things. My learning on my blog is about my Writing, Math, Reading and Art. I connect with people as well by going on their blog and commenting on their work.
