L.I- W.A.L.T.- write a recount.

Success Criteria: I know I am successful when I write a story about Ash Wednesday in order, using full stops and capital letters correctly.      
                                             
On  Ash Wednesday we went outside the church. We are going to burn pictures that we draw about our favourites. Before we burn the pictures we had to read them out. Then we gave it to father and  he burned it.

We went inside of the church and we started to sing a song. Father Andrew said, "good morning brothers and sisters" and we replied "Good morning father."

Next, he read the gospel. After that he put a sign of a cross on our forehead using ashes.

There were lots of people, so  Ms Bullot helped Father          Andrew. Later Father Andrew gave out the bread and wine. Finally we got up and went back to the class room.
